Rose Mauriello is the President of RRM Staffing Solutions, a boutique
recruiting firm that specializes in placing high technology sales and
marketing professionals. She launched the business in 2001 to
service unmet client and candidates needs and has met this challenge
with great success. Rose spent the majority of her career in high tech
sales management at high profile companies. She has a robust
network of outstanding candidates and clients resulting from her
corporate experience. Rose held sales management positions at
Lotus Development Corp/IBM, Powersoft, Sybase, BBN Planet/GTEI
Networking, Watchguard, Openpages and other leading technology
organizations. Mauriello holds an MBA from Babson College with a
concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship.
Carol Rapp Recruiting Associate
Carol Rapp has over twenty years human resources experienced
working with entrepreneurial, start-up, growth and established
organizations. She has worked as both a corporate employee and also
as an independent consultant. Carol’s experience covers a variety of
industries including high technology, manufacturing, publishing,
healthcare, internet and non-profit organizations. She holds a
Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from New York University and a Master’s
Degree in Counseling from Suffolk University.
Carol has experience in the areas of recruitment and sourcing as both
an employee and as a consultant. She has experience in helping staff
sales organizations for all sized teams. In addition, her background
also includes experience in the areas of compensation, employee
relations, benefits and policy development.
